BCA Technologies Privacy Policy
BCA Technologies is a third-party technology provider that provides the eRep software platform for use by various companies per the terms of service agreements between BCA and those companies (“Licensee”). Please refer to our licensee privacy policies for how they use their user data.
This privacy policy outlines how BCA Technologies uses it’s lead and customer’s personal data from its website and CRM system.
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we may collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, AdRoll, Quantcast, Hotjar, and Hubspot software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, hashed identifiers derived from email addresses for the purposes of cross-device tracking for targeted advertising, and methods used to browse away from the page. When you enter personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profiles, that is stored in our CRM database. You may opt out of emails at any time.
When you enter a request for information on our website, as part of the process, we collect that information in our CRM database. Your personal and non-personal information will be collected and used for the following purposes:

This site uses third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Lead Forensics may be placing cookies or utilizing other tracking technologies on the website, may have their own policies regarding how they collect and store information. As these are third-party external services, such practices are not covered by this Privacy Policy. This site notifies the user of the use of cookies.

Breach Notification:
BCA Technologies will notify the user of any known data breach within 72 hours of first having become aware of any such breach.
Right to Access:
If you feel we have information about you in our system which you would like to know, please contact BCA Technologies at [email protected] or at our address to access the information stored by BCA Technologies. Typical information stored is user’s first and last name, company name, contact address, phone, and email addresses.
Right to be Forgotten:
If you don’t want us to save your data anymore, please contact us via email at [email protected].com or send us mail to our physical mailing address. We will need your email and IP address to ensure your data is cleared from all of our systems.
Privacy by Design:
BCA Technologies does not share, sell, or distribute personal information to any third-party sources. Data is limited to BCA employees for the purpose of sales and support to our contacts.
Data Protection Officer (DPA):
Third party providers like BCA Technologies do not have to appoint DPEs. Contact the eRep licensee should you need to request information about use of personal information.
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
