BCA Technologies considers partnerships a key, strategic part of our business. We understand that our customers greatly benefit from the combination of our software and our knowledgeable partner’s experience and services.

We offer three different partner levels:

Referral Partners

Referral Partner passes a qualified sales lead to BCA who manages the customer interaction, demos, quotes, setup, billing, and support.

Referral partners include Consultants, System Integrators, Manufacturer Reps, software users, hosting providers, recommenders of software and related services.

Co-Seller Partners

Co-seller partners learn how to sell BCA’s solutions, have client relationships at companies and jointly contribute to the customer qualification, sales, and some implementation services.

Co-Seller partners include Consultants, Integrators, Solution Providers, and
Hosting Companies.  Co-Sellers have the opportunity to perform some of the implementation services.

Re-Seller Partners

Re-Seller partner manages the full customer relationship including sales, billing, and and first level support.  Reseller partners can also participate in the implementation and integration services.

Reseller partners typically include Telecom Carriers, VoIP & Network Service Providers, System Integrators, other solution providers that want to own the customer relationship and be the first point of contact.
