Branch Number: Enter your account number

Password: Enter your Intranet password

Starting Date and Ending Date:

You can specify the range of dates your report includes. Report data on or after the specified Starting Date up to and including the Ending Date will appear on your report.

If you leave the dates blank, Starting Date will be 1/1/1901 and Ending Date will be the current date.

If you specify only the Starting Date,   your report will include ALL data from that day through the current date.

If you specify only the Ending Date,  your report will include ALL data from that day backward through 1/1/1901.

The Ending Date must be the same as or greater than the Starting Date.

If your report date range is large, the resulting report may be very large and take a long time to download to your computer.

Report Type: Click on the button next to the name of the report you wish to view.

Click on the "Continue" button after entering your information and choosing the report type.

After viewing your report, you can get back to this screen by clicking the "Back" button in your web browser.
